Looking for a peaceful way to end a busy work week?
Find a moment of stillness and peace every Friday in Chinatown. We hold weekly meditation sessions to help us cultivate calmness and learn to watch our minds. Each week is led by a different person in a rotating system that allows you to touch the insights of different teachers and traditions.
This session is open to anyone from any tradition, and is suitable for complete beginners with no experience in meditation.

When: Fridays, 7.00 – 8.15pm (except Public holidays). Please note the new, earlier start time at 7pm.
