Tibetan Heart Yoga is a practice where we work from the inside, and the outside. We work from the inside with our thoughts. We work from the outside with our pranayama (breathing), asana (posture), and ethical practices. We learn how to practice yoga on the mat and perfect yoga off the mat.
Tibetan Heart Yoga Series 5 features an advanced asana sequence and visualizations on devotion to the lama and explores the power of heart intention combined with ancient asanas in developing and understanding the inner forces that guide your thoughts and actions.
Once a month on Saturday in the Botanical Gardens (weather permitting!)
Directions: Botanic Gardens – under the big tree. Go to the Jacob Ballas Children’s garden entrance (on the Bukit Timah Rd side of the gardens). Then walk to the end of the carpark, follow the path into the Botanic Gardens and then veer left.
