This annual ASC sponsored Asia retreat will feature yoga, meditation, dharma, relaxation, music, and fun in an idyllic setting in beautiful Bali. The teachings this year at will center on the practice of “lolong,” the ancient Tibetan practice for “developing the good heart.” The text we’ll be using for our discussions, The Seven Points of Mind Training, covers all aspects of a complete spiritual practice: recognizing the problems of an unenlightened life, generating compassion for all living beings, and cultivating intelligence about the true nature of the world and of ourselves. Presented as a series of aphorisms, the text instructs us on how to live a happy life, no matter what the circumstances, with a heart of love and a mind suffused with wisdom.

This price includes: 2-way airport transfer from Bali international airport to Canggu, accommodation for 4 nights, 3 daily meals, sharing of teaching space, teacher’s flights & accommodation.  It does not include flights, room service or dana for the teachers.

Canggu is about 1.5hour drive from Denpasar Airport. We recommend that you book a flight that arrives in Denpasar airport, Bali no later than 21st May 2017 Sunday, 2pm, to allow for comfortable transfer to hotel, check in and settle down.
