Join us on New Year’s Eve to celebrate the start of 2016 the yogi’s way. Enjoy a 2-hour yoga and guided meditation practice that will guide us into a deeper sense of acceptance and peace about the year gone by, and open us to the beauty and fullness of the year to come.
The session is suitable for practitioners of all levels.

Vaishali Iyer completed her 250-hour YTT in 2011, and has since been teaching Hatha Yoga and meditation in Europe. She believes in using yoga to work with the body, mind and heart; strengthening the body, stilling the mind and opening the heart to cultivate a sense of peace and wholeness. Through movement, stillness and breath, she encourages students to form deeper connections with themselves, and explore new, more conscious understandings of the life that is unfolding for them in every moment.
Charu Ramesh practices as a classical homeopath, an I Ching interpreter and a life guide. She has studied Buddhist Psychology with Caroline and David Brazier and teaches regular dharma classes for ASC. She helps people work with relationships, transitions and the issues that life keeps throwing at all of us. The main thread that runs through her work is empowering people by helping them take responsibility for their lives.
