Mindful Living, with Charu Ramesh: a 4-week Middle Way Center course in March

This 4-week course will guide us in incorporating mindfulness into our lives. The course is designed by Lama Marut, based on his translations of various texts like Buddha’s Mahasatipatthana Sutta, Kamalashila’s Bhavana Krama, Shantideva’s Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life and Svatmarama’s Hatha Yoga Pradipika. The sessions will explore teachings from these texts and include practical exercises on how we can use these teachings to lead a more mindful life.
