Making Change Happen: Using Spiritual Teachings to Transform Ourselves

Making Change Happen

These sessions are inspired by our desire to set resolutions for ourselves and the difficulties we have in making them a reality. They aim to help us set an intention, map out the path to making it happen and follow through on the execution.  Sessions will be interactive and participative, with time to reflect and make notes as well as to discuss and ask questions.

The first session will focus on clarifying what we want to do, why we want to do it and how we can do it, breaking the process into steps. Subsequent sessions will provide guidance and help for the obstacles that we may be facing as we progress on the path, as well as functioning as a forum for people to share experiences.

Requirements:

A desire to change your life in some way, willingness to participate in a group, open-mindedness, ability to be challenged, interest in and curiosity about spiritual teachings. Please bring a notebook and pen, and sign up using the form below.

Date & Time: First session will be on Jan 14, 2017, 3 – 5.30pm.

After this we will meet at least once in 3 months, for about 2 hours.

Venue: 31 Jalan Keli #01-01 Keliville (S) 577931

Cost: $25 (first session)/$20 (subsequent sessions)
