May 4-6: Urban Retreat with Lama Marut & Cindy Lee in Singapore

More about the retreat:

How do we as laypersons live in the world in a way that is guided by and stays true to the Buddha’s teachings? In this year’s “urban retreat” we will explore selections from the Buddhist classic, the Dhammapada or “Path of the Dharma,” perhaps the most important Buddhist text on how to live a good life in the midst of family and social life. We will learn how to follow in the Buddha’s footsteps from the ethical foundations, to detachment from unhealthy diversions, right through to the practices and wisdom that bring about final goal of full Awakening.
