Join Angie in exploring the practice of meditation and ways to start as well as maintain a regular meditation practice.  Every session will include a 45mins practice and a 15mins sharing session.

Angie began her meditation practice in 2013 and is a practitioner of Vipassana or “insight meditation”, the development of wisdom through the cultivation of mindfulness.  She provides introductory instructions in the meditation sessions that she leads.
